This is the quintessential high protein meal commonly eaten by those that lift weights. It's pretty minimalistic; there's a carb, vegetable, and chicken. It's not overly seasoned. Note the low sodium content.
My meal came with nicely trimmed chicken. I was impressed by the quality. The green beans were crisp, even after we microwaved them. I appreciate that.
I give it 5 stars for being what it is attempting to be: a healthy, bare bones, high protein meal, good for those that exercise or are watching what goes into their food. Personally, I prefer a bit more seasoning, which is easy enough to add. I used a chipotle sauce to add a little extra.
